Wanna Spoon? - bouillabaisse of oyster, mussel and crab,
with saffron rouille

Calamore - calamari with sambal aioli

So Fine! - roasted asparagus with prosciutto and feta

Ooh La La - bruschetta with garlic chevre, braised raddichio and shallots

SECOND BASE

Afternoon Delight - apples, currants and toasted hazelnuts in mixed greens with champagne vinaigrette

Hotty McHotty - roasted beets,  pickled red onion and gorgonzola in mixed greens with balsamic reduction, topped with warm bacon

It's Too Soon - spinach salad with strawberries, goat cheese and candied walnuts, with maple vinaigrette

THIRD BASE

Pillow Talk - garlic gnocchi with duck confit, goat cheese and arugula, with huckleberry sauce

Hen Pecked - roasted draper valley chicken, with artechoke-leek gratin, over truffled risotto

No Hickeys - pecan crusted, fontina stuffed carlton farms pork loin with griddled potato cake and chardonnay mustard cream

Sea of Love - pan seared red snapper with sage scented zucchini cake and celeriac remoulade

Hot Pants - grilled ribeye with rustic potato salad, crispy kale and bourbon-dijon pan sauce

The Full Monty - wild mushroom ravioli with gorgonzola cream and braised swiss chard

Mussels of Love - steamed mussels in chardonnay cream with garlic, tomatoes and parsley, served with warm bread

Smitten Kitten - lemon poppy seed cake with raspberry coulis and gran marnier whipped cream
